When approached by Linda Walters, (president & owner, Sage Realty – an independent brokerage firm / Real Estate Agent serving clients in the Main Line and suburbs of Philadelphia, PA) she presented the challenge that her out-dated Wordpress site was no longer performing as a lead generation tool for the business. To help increase leads, we strategized a plan to refocus the brand, highlighting identifiable strengths, and redesign the website so that it can more effectively communicate services offered, as well as provide educational resources and content. Additionally were asked to help facilitate home search integration so that potential home buyers can browse for homes for sale, and can be converted into sales leads for the agents.
During our initial meetings with Linda, we tried to uncover as much as we could about the nature of her business and her customers. What we learned is that her ideal customers were largely affluent, and appreciative of her distinct approach – as an independent broker. We determined the best approach was to highlight the "brand promise," and position the experience of working with "Sage" as likened to a Sage of knowledge. With the brand platform established, we set out to develop a content strategy that focused on the goals of educating users and communicating the brand promise.
A sophisticated, content-rich and robust responsive website for Sage Realty, launched on the Webflow CMS platform. The new website reflects the more focused and refined brand in a colorful and visually appealing manner with a focus on providing a simple way for users to explore the site. We were able to build the site with relevant and appropriate information, beautiful videos and photos, yet we did it in a much more memorable way for both buyers and sellers.
I also shared a simple Webflow-based user manual to understanding the CMS so the client could reference certain features comfortably.
